Procedure Day Ultrasound Assistance
Procedure Day Ultrasound Assistance and Guidance
Procedure day assistance places an experienced ultrasound technologist in your treatment room to provide imaging support during vein and vascular procedures — access guidance, vessel marking and intra-procedural imaging as directed by the physician.
How we perform this study at your facility
For a vein practice, procedure day is the revenue day, and it stops entirely when the sonographer calls in sick. Booking technologist coverage for specific procedure days gives the practice a dependable pair of hands without carrying a full-time position.
Coverage can be arranged for recurring procedure days or as part of a longer RVT staffing contract of three, six or nine months.
Technologists are credentialed and experienced in vascular imaging.
Interpretation remains with the physician responsible for the patient's care. Our role is to deliver a complete, well-documented examination at your location — it does not replace evaluation by the patient's physician.
